Hi, I'm Dr Lafina. I'm a GP and Lifestyle Doctor specialising in holistic health & wellbeing screening for women.

I'm passionate about all things health and wellbeing and love helping my clients to get their health on track. Whether you have a specific problem you want to tackle or just need a thorough health MOT for reassurance, I'm here to help! I use a lifestyle-based approach which means that we can quickly gain a really holistic view of which factors help or hinder your health and create a personalised treatment plan that works for you and is backed by science too.

Health & wellness can be complicated and in a world driven by technology and information-overload the health landscape can be tricky one to navigate. If you're feeling stuck, confused or frustrated about your health don't worry, you're certainly not alone. Over the course of my career I've learned that health isn't linear, it's a journey and I'm here to support you every step of the way. You may be going through some health challenges right now and perhaps you're not feeling at your best but I want you to know that this is a safe, friendly and compassionate space where you can explore your health at your own pace and get the support you need.

How I can help you

My ultimate goal is to help you to better understand your health, take back control and enjoy the health and happiness that comes with a lifestyle that supports and nourishes body mind and soul. One of my skills as a GP is to be able to look at the bigger picture when it comes to looking at your health within the context of your life. Doing this means that we can get to the root cause of the problem and create a plan to get your health back on track! I've developed a holistic, thorough and multi-faceted way of doing this, The DEIA Method (described below).

I have trained at world class universities including King's College London where I obtained my BSc in Anatomy and MBBS Medicine, University College London where I studied for a Dual Masters in Brain & Mind Science and the Sorbonne University Paris where I obtained my International Masters Diploma in Neuroscience. After becoming a GP I undertook further training in Lifestyle Medicine at the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, American College of Lifestyle Medicine and Yale University. I am a GMC registered doctor with full license to practice and a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
